SquarePeep (found at SquarePeep.com) is a trading name of ELAD Enterprises LTD, company number 11712707. Throughout this document though we will be referring to both the website & the company collectively as SquarePeep.
Here at SquarePeep we are absolutely committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that SquarePeep is not in the business of selling, renting or trading personal data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In fact here at SquarePeep we strongly believe in privacy & as a result we want as little data from you as possible - this means that to summarize the policy in brief, we only collect what you optionally submit and what is required to provide the best experience, to deter fraud/misuse & to make sure our visitors are of legal age to access/use the SquarePeep website.
Furthermore, for peace of mind you can rest assured knowing that the SquarePeep website is hosted in a datacenter that is ISO 27001 and 9001 certified and secured to UK government IL4 standards. We want to keep your data as safe as we possibly can.
We take your privacy seriously and take measures to provide all visitors and users of SquarePeep with a safe and secure environment.

You can also often entirely disable cookies from within your internet browser, but you should be aware that if you do so the site may no longer function as intended & your experience may be hindered. Refer to your browser's help section for details on managing cookies.
In an attempt to keep your account (and other users' accounts) as secure as possible we may log your IP address & access times.
If you decide to create an account at SquarePeep then we will collect the information that you choose to give us in order to do so. This could include but is not limited to an email address or a username. We only collect what you choose to disclose.
Optionally if you decide to verify your account then we will collect the personal information that you supply us with to do so. This could include (but is not limited to) a copy of your passport or drivers license. Importantly the information provided to us for the purpose of the verification process is only stored on the webserver until the process is completed & is never stored within any publicly accessible space.
If you decide to publish photos via the SquarePeep website then you should be aware that these can be entirely removed, but only if no squares have been purchased. If squares have been purchased from the image that you wish to remove then whilst the image will be removed from all feeds on the website you should be aware that members who have already purchased squares will be able to continue to access the content from within their account. When selling squares you are effectively selling "the right to view the full image" along with "the right for SquarePeep to continually host the image for an indefinite period". This does not affect your ownership rights of the image.
You may choose to delete your account at any time & if you do then all stored data associated with the account will be removed, including images, except for images that have had squares purchased (where the forementioned will apply). If an account is deleted then all references to the username of the account shown on or around hosted media (i.e. username above/below an image) will be removed.

We do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site in an attempt to continually improve our service. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website.
There may be some circumstances where your IP address, geographic location, and other browser related details may be shared with third party companies. We will only share information where it is required to provide an effective service, such as to process a payment.
